"Super simple subscription service!"
This subscription service is a total breeze. I’ve never had to cancel a delivery, but I tend to order more than once every few months! If I ever needed to cancel, I reckon it’d be a piece of cake. I’ve reached out to customer service a couple of times with questions, and they always pick up after just a few rings. Plus, I get a friendly, helpful, and (most importantly) real person on the line. None of that annoying "Your call is very important to us..." stuff. Basically, WSJ Wines has helped me elevate my wine collection without spending any extra cash.

Dealing with this company is a breeze. The folks in customer service could use a bit more training in English and should be more vocal for the older crowd. The assortment of red wines really hit the mark for us, ranging from Bordeaux to Malbecs and Shiraz to Cabs. We haven't tried the whites yet.

“They also have a "free shipping" program called Advantage Shipping Service that you can buy (a la Amazon Prime) for $89/year. I've never purchased it because it's only valid on full cases, and I don't usually buy enough of those in a year's time to justify the $89. But if you buy at least 5 cases a year, regular shipping costs you $100, so the Advantage program is worth it in that case.”
